Shipping Rate Policy
- Shipping is sent best way, typically via USPS.
- We seek to process and ship all standard orders within 5 business days of your order. We expect with that you should receive your order within about 7-10 business days depending on your shipping address. Your order will be shipped from Riverton, UT.
- You may also pickup your order locally from Riverton, UT if you would like. You would pick up the product from 1986 W 12015 S Riverton, UT 84065. Pickup location has a pick up box that is brown plastic near the front door of the home. Simply select Store Pickup at checkout and we will have the product ready for pick up typically within 5 business days. We will contact you when it is ready.
- We are happy to accept international orders from many countries. Please contact us for international shipping quotes.
- Express delivery is available for an additional charge. Please call 801-756-3241 or email info@distinctiveengraving.com for an express shipping quote and to rush your order.
- We can also arrange alternate shipping for corporate customers.
Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns Policy
Distinctive Engraving is committed to bringing you high quality engraved products and backup our products with a 1 Year satisfaction guarantee. When you order, you can have the peace of mind that we will get it right or make it right. Below is our guarantee and return policies. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order if there are any initial concerns or errors.
STOCK ITEMS (Items not customized by you):
IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT—The product may be returned. A 15% restocking fee will be charged and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE— Defective products will be replaced or refunded at Distinctive Engraving’s discretion. Distinctive Engraving will pay shipping costs to send you a replacement product and for return of the original, defective product if we need it back.
CUSTOM ITEMS MANUFACTURED BY DISTINCTIVE ENGRAVING

Distinctive Engraving is not responsible for typos or misinformation provided at the time of order through our online process or through written instructions by email, fax, or mail. Please verify all content at the time of order.
If customer decides they would prefer a change in the products specifications, Distinctive Engraving. will remake the product to the new specifications at the customer’s expense less a credit of 50% of the original cost (excluding shipping and handling. Customer is responsible for return and replacement shipping costs.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS (NON CUSTOM)
Special order items are not returnable. Special order items are items we order in specifically for your order at your request or that are labeled as a Special Order Item online. (We order the materials at the time of your order.)

BILLING AND PAYMENT ISSUES
Discuss billing and payment problems with Customer Service. The remedy, if any, will depend on the specific circumstances.
LATE ARRIVAL OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Lost shipments will be refunded or a replacement will be shipped if an error is caused by Distinctive Engraving and if the shipment was shipped via Distinctive Engraving's preferred shipping method.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Customers must notify Distinctive Engraving of a problem or of a requested return before shipping any product back to Distinctive Engraving. A resolution will be determined and authorization given for the return beforehand.
For returns where Distinctive Engraving will pay the shipping costs, a call tag will be issued.
Refunds will not be issued and, in some situations, replacement products may not be sent until the original product has been received. (Unless Distinctive Engraving determines, at its sole discretion, that the original product does not need to be shipped back.)
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Review all information for all custom products. Mistakes made by customers such as incorrect name spelling, sending the wrong logo, or changes in tag content are NOT covered by this guarantee.
Notify Distinctive Engraving within 30 days after receipt of product if there are any problems/defects.
Never return a shipment to Distinctive Engraving without contacting us first for return authorization or without a call tag.
Notify Distinctive Engraving of any shipping problems as soon as the problem is recognized. Failure to do so may eliminate some remedies.
We recommend you order a First Sample on large orders to confirm the acceptability of the product. For large orders, ($200 or more) a First Sample may be provided at a sample discount.
